Rockets center Dwight Howard has been fined $15,000 by the league for his foul on Matt Barnes on Sunday, the league announced on Monday. Howard made contact with Barnes above the shoulders while he was going up for a shot.
Howard fouled out of Sunday's game with 9:52 left in the fourth and was then ejected after picking up his second technical foul. Howard scored just seven points and grabbed six rebounds before his departure.
