Rockets center Dwight Howard has been diagnosed with a left knee sprain and is listed as questionable for Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals against the Warriors, according to the team.
Howard, who injured his knee when teammate Josh Smith fell into him during Game 1, was originally said to have suffered a knee bruise before an MRI reavealed the sprain.
"I'm not going to let this situation defeat me," Howard said.
In 26 minutes of action in Game 1, Howard scored seven points and grabbed 13 rebounds. As far as a return for Game 2, Howard said he "won't know until tomorrow."
