Los Angeles Clippers guard Chris Paul hurt his hamstring early in Game 7 against the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday, but he got the last laugh. The point guard put away the Spurs and sent the Clippers to the second round by hitting a floater over Tim Duncan that left just one second on the clock in the fourth quarter. It gave the Clippers a 111-109 lead, and it ended up eliminating the defending champs.
Paul finished with 27 points on 9-for-13 shooting, plus six assists and two steals in 37 minutes. He was bothered by the hamstring, but he clearly didn't let it slow him down too much.
