Wizards center Kevin Seraphin is scheduled to be a free agent this offseason, and he sounds ready to move on to a new team.
I definitely want a chance to be a starter," Seraphin, said, per CSNWashington.com. "I definitely want to be somewhere I have a chance."
Seraphin came off the bench in all 79 games he played this year.
