Rockets guard Patrick Beverley is expected to need four months to recover from wrist surgery, sources told Yahoo Sports.
The surgery was performed Tuesday to repair a torn ligament in his wrist. He will not play again this season. He is expected to require a cast for 10 weeks.
Beverley averaged 10.1 points and 3.4 assists in 56 games this season and can become a free agent after the season.
